Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SellerRescue AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

SellerRescue AI is a drafting assistant that helps Amazon sellers prepare Plans of Action (POAs), appeal drafts, and related documents. The Service is a tool — not a law firm, consultancy, or authorized Amazon partner.

3. No Guarantee of Reinstatement

Output is provided "as is." You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting any appeal to Amazon. We do not guarantee account reinstatement, listing recovery, or any specific outcome. Decisions are made entirely by Amazon.

4. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful content, attempting to reverse engineer the platform, abusing rate limits, or using the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. The platform itself, including all software, branding, and templates, remains our property.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not provide legal advice. Nothing generated by the Service constitutes an attorney–client relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerRescue AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
