This Privacy Policy explains what information SellerRescue AI collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: email address, password hash, and optional profile details.
  • Appeal content: the Amazon notifications, ASINs, and POA drafts you submit or save in your account.
  • Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data: basic analytics such as pages viewed, features used, and error logs.

2. How We Use Information

  • To generate Plans of Action and other Service output.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send important account or product notifications.
  • To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. AI Processing

Appeal content is sent over encrypted connections to AI model providers solely to generate your draft. We do not allow your content to be used to train third-party public models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, AI inference) under appropriate confidentiality terms, or when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and appeal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and stored content at any time. Some records may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and limited employee access. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA regions), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
